People issues are complicated since every individual is unique. I'm in people business. I think about people and I care for people. Now it is time to act besides thinking and caring. And here I am.

My topics to share mainly result from my experiences, my studies in social sciences and my passion areas. My experiences are human capital management and leadership, and my passion areas are diversity, equity and inclusion.

There are my insights about people issues mostly, however I am a true believer of data so I will try to support insights with concrete data.
